Redrollers was commissioned by Amnesty International Australia (2007) to conduct research in four locations with 18-25 year olds about their lives, the social issues they are passionate about and the ways they participate in advocacy and social change. A range of ‘activeness’ was included in the sample from ‘aware and curious’ to ‘active and engaged’. The study helped AIA see which organisations and social issues were connecting with young people and the key elements required to get young people involved and engaged in a campaign. |
